Delivery Prices, Information & Policy


We aim to make and despatch your hand-made Heritage Album within 5 to 7 working days of your order being placed.

If your order is urgent please do call us on 0845 638 7171 as we do at times make up a small selection of albums in readiness and so maybe able to send it the same day for next day delivery. 

For our Chelsea Collection of real leather albums please allow 7 to 10 days.

Most orders are despatched via DPD Local or Fedex Courier Services. In some circumstances a few lightweight orders maybe despatched by post.


Delivery Charges

UK (Mainland) - £7.95

Isle of Man and  Isle of Wight - £28.95

Scottish Highlands - £21.95

Scottish Islands - £45.95

Northern Ireland - £19.95


USA - £49.95


Please note that until recently (Summer 2025) we could send to the USA duty free up to $800 and that since then a new tariff system had been introduced by the US Government and there are no free tariff exemptions available now! 


If you are having an order sent to you from the UK the import duty will be around 15% to 20% (£15 to £20 per £100) of the order (not including shipping) which we will calculate once we have your order.


You can choose to pay it when requested by the shipping agent once shipped or we can request the duty from you and pay it on your behalf.

Rest of the world

We do ship worldwide however we can only quote you a rate on enquiry as these shipments are priced on the weight and box dimensions.


Delivery Text Notifications - Album Orders Only

If you supply your mobile number with your album order this will be entered into the DPD Local (Interlink) or Fedex delivery system and you should get a text message the day before your delivery is due. You should also get a text message on the day of delivery with a 1 hour delivery prediction window.
