1. Returns Policy

We do not want you to accept anything with which you are not completely satisfied.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you receive you may return it within 14 days in the original packaging. You will be fully refunded, excluding the outward postal charge.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• If an item within a set is broken the whole set must be returned.
• All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
• Please ensure all items returned to us are well packaged.

We can either refund or replace an item with which you are not satisfied.

2. Nationwide Delivery and Despatch Policy

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 to 5 days of receipt.

Once prepared most orders are despatched via Interlink Express Courier Service  In some circumstances a few lightweight orders maybe despatched by post.

Orders are sent out Monday to Friday for delivery on a Monday - Friday basis - i.e. orders sent on a Thursday are due for delivery on the Friday. Orders sent out on a Friday are due for delivery on the following Monday.

If we are unable to despatch your order within 10 days we will endeavour to contact you.
